Harbour Quays Aged Care’s mission is to support care recipients to live as independently and healthily as possible in a luxurious, comfortable and stimulating environment. To this end, we have extensive on-site facilities for use by all care recipients, including communal lounges and dining areas, our garden terrace and BBQ area. Additional and enhanced lifestyle, hospitality and wellbeing services are offered to residents who subscribe to our HELF services and packages. HELF residents also have access to the Health Club and Day Spa, a heated pool and spa bath, library, cinema, and gymnasium. Harbour Quays Aged Care also has a purpose-built bus kept on site, which is used to transport residents to activities and outings.
Medical & Healthcare
Harbour Quays Aged Care has a team of visiting medical practitioners and onsite access to allied health professionals, including physiotherapy, speech pathology, hydrotherapy, podiatry and dietetics.
Lifestyle & Leisure
We have a dedicated Lifestyle and Leisure Team responsible for developing stimulating, dynamic and therapeutic activity programs. Dependent on whether a resident opts in to our HELF services and packages, they may also have social activities which include movie afternoons, music therapy, stimulating games and craft activities, visiting entertainers and community groups, and functions in the private dining and conference rooms. Our facility’s bus also transports residents on regular outings.
Companionship
We promote ongoing family involvement with residents and believe that animal companionship is beneficial. Subject to approval, we welcome small pets to accompany residents on the premises.
