Dr Shane Moran

Dr Moran has over 30 years’ experience developing new services and businesses in the Australian and international aged care and health care industries. He has been extensively involved in designing, project managing and operating the full range of residential care services (including dementia-specific aged care facilities, acute and medical private hospitals and retirement villages) both in Australia and overseas.

In his role as Chief Executive Officer of Moran Health Care Group from 1987 to 2001, he led that family owned group to become Australia’s largest private hospital and residential aged care provider. In 2001 he established Provectus Care to fulfil his vision for the provision of premium aged care to Australia’s ageing population. Since 2001, the Provectus Care Group has rapidly expanded and succeeded in fulfilling Shane Moran’s vision. Dr Moran has been a consultant to the health and aged care industries, has practiced as a solicitor since 1985 and has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in health, his thesis focusing on the aged care crisis in China.

Esperanza Arias-Calli

Ms Arias Calli is the Clinical Quality and Compliance Manager for the Provectus Care Group. She has a wealth of experience in the aged care sector and is responsible for the development, monitoring and management of all business activity within the Group to ensure high quality, safe and person centred care in compliance with the Aged Care Act and the Aged Care Quality Standards. Ms Arias Calli graduated with a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Sydney in 1998 and has post graduate qualifications in leadership and risk management as well as Diplomas in Management and Occupational Health and Safety. She is an experienced operations manager skilled in management, clinical care and governance, budgeting, coaching, team building and performance management. She joined Provectus Care after working and holding senior Operations and Management positions within the residential aged care industry.
