Every resident receives the highest standards of clinical care and service delivery. Professional care is provided by a team of highly skilled and experienced aged care professionals, who provide specialised and individualised care to all residents.
Our Quality Improvement Program ensures that we provide innovative and state-of-the-art residential care and services at the individual level. Harbour Quays Aged Care offers 24 hour nursing care and Registered Nurses in attendance across all shifts. All professional care staff are formally qualified, with the minimum requirement of attaining a Certificate III in aged care. They are also supervised by highly experienced on-site managers. To ensure that staff are providing the best possible levels of care and services, staff regularly undertake external and internal professional development courses and programs.
